About Dinghe

Founded in 2015, Dinghe is located in Xueding Village, Xuejia District, Tainan. In pursuit of a better production environment and higher quality standards, our new facility was completed and relocated to its current site in 2017.
Our founder’s journey began at a humble roadside fried chicken stall. Driven by a deep passion for fried delicacies and inspired by the changing culinary landscape, he devoted himself to the research and development of coating mixes, marinades, and specialty seasonings — laying the foundation for Dinghe’s commitment to flavor innovation and craftsmanship.
Centered around tailored solutions, Dinghe continuously advances through innovation, research, and product development. Over the years, we have expanded beyond seasoning products to develop boba and instant boba designed to meet the evolving demands of the market. These innovations reflect our dedication to creativity and craftsmanship, bringing greater variety and refined choices to the food industry.
